We require skilled and energetic Manager who can independently handle Foundry team effectively. He/She should be having good enough knowledge of casting products. He/She should be having minimum 5 to 10 years experience in same industry.

Machine Shop Manager
Required Production Manager (Machine Shop), Min 5 Years in Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Industry (CNC, VMC, HMC).
Optimizing plant performance and meeting production/dispatch targets with quality commitments.
Possess Green field project handling experience in Automotive, Heavy Engineering component machining line planning, execution, and establishment.
Demonstrated skills in Production Planning, Production System Implementation, Process Improvement, Production schedules, Production development, Managing tool life, Quality control & Inspection, ISO/TS system, AS9100, FMEA, APQP, TPM, FAI & PPAP.
Hands-on experience in CNC machining operations HMC/VMC/HBM (3 axis, 4 axis & 5 axis), VTL machines, Turning machines, and CNC part programming (FANUC, MAZAK, SEIMENS control).
