We offer finishing options for castings, including painted finishes, to meet client specifications.
The castings are painted using flow coating, spray coating, or dipping methods, strictly adhering to C3 & C5 painting processes.
Painted castings undergo rigorous qualitychecks to ensure high aesthetics and durability, including DFT (Dry Film Thickness) testing with a paint thickness gauge, cross-cut testing, and calibration using a masterpiece and thickness film to maintain consistent coating quality.
